Cancellation Timeline

Before Project Starts (0-48 hours)

  • Full refund of all payments made
  • No cancellation fees
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days

Early Development Phase (Week 1-2)

  • Refund of 75% of remaining balance
  • Payment for completed discovery and planning work
  • Delivery of all completed work assets

Mid-Development Phase (Week 3-6)

  • Refund of 50% of remaining balance
  • Payment for all completed milestones
  • Source code and documentation handover

Late Development Phase (After Week 6)

  • Refund of 25% of remaining balance
  • Payment for all work completed to date
  • Complete project handover in current state

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us in writing via email or our contact form
  2. Provide your project details and reason for cancellation
  3. We'll review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. Receive a detailed breakdown of refund calculation
  5. Approve the final settlement and handover process

Processing Timeline

  • Credit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Check: 10-14 business days

Special Circumstances

Emergency Situations

In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Business closure or financial hardship
  • Force majeure events
  • Significant change in business direction

We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution.

Mutual Agreement

When both parties agree to modify the scope or cancel the project, we'll negotiate terms that are fair and reasonable for both sides.

Non-Refundable Items

The following costs are non-refundable in case of cancellation:

  • Third-party licensing fees (software, APIs, etc.)
  • Domain registration and hosting setup costs
  • External service integrations already implemented
  • Specialized hardware or software purchased for the project
  • Time spent on completed milestones and deliverables
